1. Reservations are first come first serve.
2. Rates may change until the full payment is made.
3. Email contant to make or inquire about a reservation.
4. Courtesy hold until January 16, 2011.
5. 50% of the total rent becomes due and half of that is refundable before February 1, 2011. The balance must be paid by March 1, 2011 in order to secure the room.
6. 1-day reservations are available only if the room is booked by another party on the other day.
