This is the official State Championship!
Highest placed Northern California resident(s) in each Varsity Section will be crowned State Champion(s).
We will run the tournament according to the USCF Rule Book and the scholastic competition modifications codified. All players must be current members of the USCF except for any non-rated section. Non-members must join or renew for appropriate fee with their entry. April 2010 supplement will be used.
