1. Reservations are first come first serve.
2. Rates may change until the full payment is made.

4. Courtesy hold until December 31, 2011 if you rented last year or reserve now.
5. 50% of the total rent becomes due and half of that is refundable before January 15, 2012. The balance must be paid by February 15, 2012 in order to secure the room.
6. 1-day reservations are available only if the room is booked by another party on the other day.
